The REALSME Relationship Map

How the philosophy, individual, method, ecosystem and evolution connect.

The Relationship Map represents how an individual is understood, supported and reviewed within the REALSME ecosystem. It is not a fixed workflow or compulsory sequence — every individual's journey is unique.

The REALSME Relationship Map. The Individual enters through the REALSME Philosophy and CORE Economic DNA (Current State, Observations, Relationships and Responsibilities, Evolution). The REALSME Method and Periodic Review determine the support required, drawn from the Thinking, Doing, Capital and Community layers. Outcomes feed Evolution, which updates the CORE — a continuous, non-linear feedback loop.

The individual enters the REALSME journey. Their CORE Economic DNA is understood through current state, observations, relationships and responsibilities.

The REALSME Method and periodic review help identify the support required across thinking, doing, capital and community.

As the individual and their ecosystem evolve, learning flows back to update the CORE, creating a continuously strengthening cycle.

This is a relationship model, not a compulsory workflow.

  1. The REALSME PHILOSOPHY guides every decision.
  2. The INDIVIDUAL enters the ecosystem as a person, not merely as a company or transaction.
  3. CORE ECONOMIC DNA records the living economic understanding of the individual.
  4. The REALSME METHOD guides listening, reflection, diagnosis and engagement.
  5. PERIODIC REVIEW keeps the understanding current.
  6. THINKING, DOING, CAPITAL and COMMUNITY support are used only where relevant.
  7. EVOLUTION — the individual evolves.
  8. CORE is updated, allowing future support to remain relevant.
