What has been understood through continued interaction? Observations record growth in thinking, communication, judgement, leadership, learning behaviour and consistency without converting people into scores.
Relationships & Responsibilities
Who depends on the individual, and on whom does the individual depend? Family, customers, employees, vendors, investors, advisors and community all shape economic decisions.
Evolution
How is the individual changing over time? New capabilities, roles, businesses, responsibilities, judgement, leadership and community contribution form part of the living record.
A living feedback loop
Meetings, reviews, challenges, successes, failures, learning experiences and new ventures deepen the understanding of the individual. As the person evolves, CORE is reviewed and updated.
